Harjas S Sehra | Senior Partner

Harjas is a Partner and Senior Solicitor of the firm, and heads up the Family Law, and Financial Settlements department. He has an extensive legal background, having trained with and practiced as a family law solicitor for over 10 years. He has a keen eye for details, and is meticulous when it comes to the finer details. Harjas has been described as a perfectionist and one who can think ‘outside of the box’ to achieve the results for his clients.

Whilst Harjas regularly acts in cases across the breadth of Family Law involving children, divorce and domestic violence, his true forte lies in dealing in high net worth matrimonial disputes and frequently accepts instructions involving multi-jurisdictional assets, trusts, pensions and complex asset holding structures.

Harjas has developed a niche in becoming the go to lawyer for his clients, and whilst highly selective, he makes himself truly accessible to his clients and believes that each client needs a tailored legal service. He thrives on maintaining his track record of successful settlements.

Outside of the office Harjas enjoys spending time with his young family and has a keen interest in fast cars.

Leigh has worked in law firms since studying Business Administration at college, first as a Legal Secretary, then moving through the ranks to Practice Manager.  Since starting at Justin Law as PA to our senior solicitor Leigh’s strong organisation skills and gentle manner are valued and key to the efficient service we aim to offer our clients in seeing their matter through to a conclusion.
